Sales Area
Our Sales area includes all of North America, Alaska* and Hawaii*. We have helped customers with their secure door purchases and installation requirements from Maine to Florida, California to Washington, the Bahamas, Canada and many other states. Service Area
Our primary Installation and Service area is located in a 50-mile radius of our warehouse address in Raleigh, NC 27617. We have performed installations in more distant locations, but those situations require additional compensation for travel expenses based on distance. Our farthest installations to date include south Florida, Pennsylvania, the North Carolina coastal area and mountains.
Support Area
We provide telephone and other forms of remote support for customers that have personally installed our doors, or hired a local contractor. Currently we have detailed installation Instructions to assist in that process, as we create appropriate Installation Videos.
Maintenance, Replacement & Accessory Parts
The Master Door is engineered for a lifetime of use, and that objective is reflected with a limited lifetime warranty for the door core. However, as with almost every product that is exposed to the elements or regularly used, over time parts fail or damage occurs. The Master Door embraced that problem and designed the door system so that all components may be replaced when needed.
With that feature in mind, instead of having to replace a door if the appearance is damaged or a part is broken or worn out, instead you can simply replace the surface panels, hinges, covers, locking bolts, lockbox, lock cylinder, keys, hardware, and trim.
Replacements & Maintenance
You can expect many years of trouble-free use from a Master Door, but at some point you may need additional or replacement parts.
The surface panels are a replaceable component and can be easily changed with the door remaining installed. Due to the wide variety of design choices and material types, please contact us directly to discuss replacement options.
